Spend a night or a week at our beautiful, relaxing venue on the edge of the Norfolk Broads. We are located at the end of a quiet lane, away from the busy roads and noise; the majority of our noise is nature itself. The hooting of the night owl, the sounds of the Muntjac deer or the tap tap of the wood pecker.
We can offer you a comfortable nights sleep, with the bonus of some lovely facilities to use, such as our covered BBQ and outside kitchen. We have a large shower and toilet block and small café for hot drinks and food.
For an additional cost, we can also offer you some amazing outdoor adventurous activities for all ages, such as; axe throwing, archery, zip lining, wilderness survival and canoeing.
We are only 5 miles form the centre of Norwich, which is one of the most complete medieval cities in the UK. It includes cobbled streets such as Elm Hill, Timber Hill and Tombland; many medieval lanes; and the winding River Wensum that flows through the city centre
We are 20 minutes from some of the best locations to hire small boats onto the Norfolk Broads.
Only 30 minutes drive are the renowned beaches of the North Norfolk coast, including the seal colony of Horsey Gap, the nature reserve and walks at Blakeney and the beaches of Cromer.

Book a cabin for a tranquil, relaxing and special stay; we pride ourselves on our customer service and everyone of our guests will see the passion our team has to ensure you have a great stay.
Our cabins do not have power or heating; we prefer that you leave your luxuries behind and rely on the power of nature for your entertainment, the bird song, the wind in in the trees or the babbling of the brook. A fire on a hired fire pit will roast some scrumptious marshmallows.
Each cabin has 4 double bunk beds, seating and plenty of space, with a lovely outside deck to watch the sun go down. Lighting is provided at night by a room bright lantern.
Step away from the speed of life and relax with a stay in one off our special cabins.

Have you wanted to bring family and friends on a camping holiday, but don’t know how or don’t want to pitch a tent when you get there. We have seen the difficulties new campers have when the tent first comes out of the bag; there are poles scattered over the field, inners and outers mixed up and an instruction picture that gives you next to no help!
Well we have taken away that hindrance for you. Just turn up, carry your bag down to a pre-erected tent, make yourself comfortable and put your feet up, we’ll take the strain for you. What’s more we can even offer you a comfortable mattress in your tent, so just bring a sleeping bag or duvet and a pillow.
Our hire tents are large tunnel tents, with three compartments. Two at each end for sleeping, so you can separate children from adults and a central living compartment where you can stand up used for storing bags and sitting in the evening. Although the tents are rated for 6 people, we would suggest for comfort that there is a maximum of 4.
£20.00 per adult per night
£15.00 per child per night
Pitch a tent over looking the lake or on a flat patch of grass nearer the facilities. We have a beautiful site, with lots or space and activities to do.
We don’t pack you in and keep the numbers limited, so neighbors have their own space. Why not hire a fire pit or use our outside covered BBQ area. There is an outside kitchen with a fridge, toaster and kettle, so there are still still some mod cons.
With hot showers, a small café and a friendly team, drop by for a night and give us a try.
